It’s worth noting that the extent of the wage increase will depend on the employees’ educational qualifications:
- Those with matric and under-matric qualifications will enjoy a wage increase of Rs. 266.
- Furthermore, those holding FA, FSC, DCOM, or driver’s qualifications will see their wages rise by Rs. 287.
- USC employees with BA, BSC, and MA degrees will experience an increase of Rs. 308 in their daily wages.
- Similarly, employees with advanced degrees like MBA, MPA, MCom, and MSc will receive a boost of Rs. 399.
- Employees with MPhil, MS, or equivalent qualifications are in for the most substantial increase, with their wages going up by Rs. 531.
